this is my 3rd year in ordering flowers from you and this is the first time as well that the flowers that I ordered in your website was way too different from what my mother in law has received. Next time please, whatever description you have written on each flower bouquet make it be the same as what you are going to deliver. Or maybe you can send an update to the buyer that what is on the picture or description is not the same to be delivered because you do not have the exact same thing in your local store. Was trusting this site so much in sending quality flowers and even recommending it to my friends here in UAE in sending flowers to our loved ones in the Philippines. But this time I am not satisfied on the order that I made this year.
