I have ordered this cake several times as a celebration cake for my elderly mother. She raves about how much she likes it every time. Perfect for sharing, and so good and light. (She even freezes a few pieces until the next delivery from me.) As she lives in the USA and I reside abroad in the UK, the cake is a great way to keep connected.
