Refund and Replacement Policy

Flora2000 values just every occasion and promises to deliver your gift right on time

. However, we are often affected by certain factors that are beyond our control. If, in any case, we get late with the delivery we make every effort to find you a satisfactory resolution or refund you in full for the same.

Refund on late deliveries is subject to the following terms and conditions.

The customer has included the full valid address details of the recipient with a local working telephone/mobile number along with sender’s own contact details. This helps us to keep you constantly notified if any delivery problems are encountered.
Customer writes a mail to us about the reason of dissatisfaction along with the proof of poor quality/packaging /service within 7 days of delivery.
The delivery address provided by the customer is not a remote/rural and/or non-metro area which may not be easily accessible for our delivery partners and may require additional delivery time. In such an event, Flora2000 will still make an attempt to deliver your gift and make your occasion special. However, the order would not qualify for a refund resulting from late delivery.
Any order delivered on the same day as requested will not qualify for a refund.

Refund will be carried out within 7 working days once one of the above mentioned criteria is met. Once the refund has been successfully processed, you will receive a refund notification via email. Safe keep this refund notification for checking against your monthly credit card bill. Please note that refunds may take upto 60 days to appear on your credit card statement, due to the speed and policies of your bank. Please do await them. Thanks.

If in case we fail to reach you on time, our floral expert will make every effort to find you a satisfactory resolution or offer a suitable compensation. Shipping charges would not qualify for refunds.
For cake orders, the courier may not reach certain destinations on time where delivery areas are far from proper towns or remotely located. In such cases, we may request the recipient to pick up the cake from the nearest courier office or a selected cake shop. However, shipping charges would still apply since the order is shipped to the nearest pick up point.
In the event of Public Holidays, adverse weather conditions or any other unforeseen situations that are beyond our reasonable control, the delivery might be delayed. Flora2000 will notify you on best effort basis about the same and arrange for delivery on the next most suitable date as approved by customer and/or our Delivering Partners in that country.
During peak seasons like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas and other regional festivals/occasions, 100% on time delivery may not be possible due to the unprecedented number of orders we receive during this period. However, we value your occasions and make every attempt to deliver within the “Special Disclaimer Dates” mentioned during these peak seasons. Orders placed for deliveries during such periods will not qualify for a refund.
All refunds will be credited to the customers’ Flora2000 account as Store Credits. You can use these Store Credits for placing your next order with us that will help us serve you better.

All refunds would be subject to late delivery confirmations approved by our Delivery Partners in the particular country.

Flora2000 reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, effective immediately upon posting on our Site. All matters relating to refund shall be decided solely by Flora2000 and its decision on such matters would be final and binding. Whatever the case, you can be rest assured that all of our decisions would be taken to find you the most appropriate solution so as to get a smile on your face.
